ASUS G73Jh - portable fusion power plant with DirectX 11

What about the ASUS G73Jh? One thing is for sure: if we didn't have to, we wouldn't give it back! Most of us would probably give away my desktop with a trembling hand and with the greatest pleasure for this notebook, but surely netbook users wouldn’t refuse the notebook to a second computer for desktop use either. There’s nothing surprising about this, peak machines are usually about capturing people. The ASUS G73Jh is like that, but there are several reasons for its success.

ASUS G73Jh - portable fusion power plant with DirectX 11 1

The first, and unquestionable, is clearly the hardware architecture. While we didn’t have the drunkest build, we get virtually everything in terms of the top-of-the-line version: One of the most powerful mobile processors for any task; plenty of system memory (8 GB) - we’re definitely not going to suffer from running out of RAM; and the current fastest single-card mobile graphics system on the market in the form of the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870.

It also comes with two hard drives, which can have a combined capacity of 1 TB, as well as a Blu-Ray writer if you feel the need. The 17,3 kijelző display is still the reasonable limit you should build in a notebook, the resolution (1920 × 1080) and quality can’t really be complained about.

This much powerful hardware is certainly capable of heating and consuming, so the machine can be said to be relatively quiet. The cold air drawn in at the front passes through the hot components and heats up and exits through the rear "gearbox openings" with high efficiency. Well thought out, viable system, I liked it. The usual high-quality ASUS bezel, Power4Gear Hybrid profile control, hotkeys, backlit keyboard and extra features such as the EAX 4.0 compatible 3D surround sound system are added to this. Additional accessories (which we secretly expect) are the exclusive Republic of Gamers gamer-oriented mouse and the R.O.G backpack made by Targus.

We consider the design of the ASUS G73Jh, which was based on the stealth F-117, to be successful. We know, it's subjective, but it was refreshing for us to experience solidity on such a powerful gamer notebook. This mainly refers to the use of materials and lighting, simple, matte surfaces that tolerate the touch of the fingers very well, a quiet, bluish-purple light stream, no tongues of flame, no sparkles. The F-117 shape, on the other hand, is exciting: aggressively angular edges, massive "exhausts", an appearance that commands respect.

Not only did this appeal to us in terms of appearance, but it gave us the effect of a durable, resistant machine that looks and feels good even after years of looking, which, according to our theory, will retain its quality and flawless operation even after years. We can definitely recommend it to those who have the financial resources necessary for its purchase, but since this stratum has a relatively (unfortunately) quite a small number of people in Hungary, our plechnique judgment is that I liked it, not a little!
