ADATA memories operated above 5,5 GHz
The manufacturer’s XPG SPECTRIX D80 RGB Series DDR4 memory has achieved this stunning result.
In addition to the MSI MPG Z390I GAMING EDGE AC motherboard, an Intel Core i9-9900K helped set the new world record, and of course a large dose of liquid nitrogen - as it used to be. An interesting addition is that this was the first time a world record had been set with a ninth-generation Core processor, at least with memories. The overdrive was done by the XPG Overclocking Lab (XOCL) anyway, and the result was back in December last year, with a certified final clock of 5 MHz.
