Magyar Telekom and MOL have entered into a strategic agreement

Christopher Mattheisen, CEO of Magyar Telekom, and Zsolt Hernádi, President and CEO of MOL, signed a strategic agreement between the two groups in Budapest. The agreement covers cooperation in the areas of sales, retail, energy retail and information technology. The strategy document includes, among other things, a letter of intent on the expansion of various retail and wholesale services and opportunities for further trade cooperation, as well as in the field of IT and telecommunications services. In addition, the two companies will look at how they can work together in regional markets in the future.
