Let's start with the front panel displays! These gadgets are no longer new at Scythe. The company has followed the path of trunk development nicely, as its newer structures are either more and more jawy or know more and more. This is good!
The Kaze Master family is not new anymore either, there is a previous generation, so the two pieces just received have been sanded down again. Compared to the old one, the novelty is that its entire front was covered with plexiglass, which showed a uniform gray face when switched off.
The structure and design are the same for both pieces, the difference is that one can be installed in a 3,5" slot, while the other can be installed in a 5,25" slot. Due to the size, since the 5,25 has a larger surface, we can control more fans. It is possible to monitor two air fans for the small one and four for the large one, and in the same way it can display four temperatures instead of two. The functions are almost exhausted in this. It's almost because the gadgets are able to give an alarm in the event of a fan failure or malfunction, and you can also stop them with the controller if you like.
What we can't go without, however, is the outside. The internal estimate definitely looks good, but when we incorporate it, we don't see much of it, which is important to get structures for our paid after-taxed forints that don't ruin our house. We didn’t have to be disappointed in Scythe’s engineers now either. The front of the controls is brushed aluminum and is matt black. The buttons on their scrolls are also covered with metal, which strengthens our belief in good quality on the one hand, and they are also showy on the other.
There can be no complaints about the displays either. It’s true that they don’t use a thousand kinds of colors for core rendering, but that’s a more favorable feature for us. Fortunately, the flashing Christmas tree style is a thing of the past, nowadays the solid blue lighting is the winner. Luckily, it’s even closer to our hearts, and while we don’t want to shape its flavor, it’s perhaps even tastier than a kitschy color orgy.
