Core i7 against Scythe
Now I can announce our second test, in which we are cooling the Intel Core i7 processor, now we are testing the ribs of Scythe.
I don’t think we need to write much about Scythe, as the company has been a frequent visitor to our site for quite a few years now, as the importer - Computermode - is among our partners. Instead of the company presentation, let's see at a glance what our readers can expect on the following pages!
In our previous cool article, I still complained that the ribs were coming slowly to the Intel processor, but now it seems the end of the distress period. This is due to the fact that more and more manufacturers are launching their new coolers, but also because more and more manufacturers are recognizing that they also need to think about old customers and not necessarily have to force a new rib on them. There is another solution, even the replacement of the clamp. It is true that in many cases these clamps are surprisingly expensive compared to how much material and innovation they have, yet we can say that they are worth buying as they cost a fraction of the price of a new rib.
This trend, i.e. the after-sales of clamps, is no stranger to Scythe, so in this article we were able to get some of their “older” products to go. In addition to the old ones, there will also be new and wrinkled products.
