Intel-based Macintosh machines: great opportunities?

More and more information is coming about Macintosh computers with Intel x86 processors, now a new detail has been revealed.

As already previously reported, Apple will start manufacturing and shipping Intel processor machines from 2006, and this is likely to mean the slow but sure death of PowerPC-based Macs. Now, two screenshots have been leaked of such a machine, which is about the fact that we can see 4 processors under Mac OS X Tiger in operation, which rises to 8 after Hyper-Threading is turned on. Based on the pictures, this semi-new platform seems more and more promising.
