LG is also a market leader in the home theater product category in three countries in the Central and Eastern European region.

In Hungary, LG ranks first in terms of after-sales value, in Serbia in number of units, and in Croatia in both categories. In terms of the sales value of home theaters, LG has been the market leader in Hungary since mid-2005. According to research conducted by independent market researchers, in 2010 LG's market share in the home theater segment was 38% in Hungary. Of the countries in the Central and Eastern European region, Serbian customers are the most committed to LG home theaters, where in 2010 the company already owned nearly half of the market in terms of sales, with a 47% share. In this category, LG is performing better than expected in the Croatian market as well, as it was able to show a 2010% result in terms of units sold in 45,2. In Croatia, LG started with a market share of 20% at the beginning of last year and achieved growth of nearly 30 percentage points by the end of the year.

In the home cinema product category, we can also see continuous growth in Hungary, Serbia and Croatia.
