CES 2011KP Brutal 3D TVs__TITLE CORRECTION__The two big monsters were created in the factories of LG and Samsung, but in addition to them, a third curiosity also emerged.

The 3D craze continues, culminating in two high-end televisions in Las Vegas, LG and Samsung. The latter manufacturer has unveiled the world’s largest Full HD 3D LED TV with no less than 75 inches of diagonal. The interesting thing about the product is that it did not reveal any technical properties of the LED other than the backlight, but we managed to take some pictures of it:

The other huge TV came from LG’s workshop, which goes further in terms of diagonal as it rose to 84 inches. At this size, the Full HD resolution, ie 1.920 × 1.080 pixels, may prove to be small, this was well known to the manufacturer, so instead of Full HD, the product has already received Ultra HD support, which means that 3.840 × 2.160 pixels able to display and is able to do so at a brightness of 150 cd / m2. 3D mode works with passive glasses. It has not received a model ID, so it is unlikely that it will appear on the market in the near future.

A third curiosity also appeared at the exhibition, which was also created by LG, but here it is no longer the size but the technology that dominates, as it is an OLED TV. The product has a 31-inch diagonal and is only 2,9mm thick, winning the title of “World’s Thinnest OLED TV”. The resolution of the active matrix OLED display is Full HD and the image quality is impeccable due to the technology. There is no information on whether or not this model will be available in Europe and, if so, at what price.
