BFG power supplies with 550 and 680 W power
BFG Tech offers a five-year warranty on its high-performance power supplies.
The LS and MX power supplies are related in their characteristics, but they still differ in two respects. In the case of the former, all cables are fixed, but the latter have a modular structure, but in the case of MXs the ATX cable set of 20 + 4 and 4 + 4 pins cannot be removed either. In addition, MXs have two fans, LSs have only one. The 12-centimeter draft of MXs can be helped by an 8-centimeter, but the little salt only activates itself if the internal temperature exceeds 50 degrees Celsius. In contrast, LSs can rely on the work of only one but 135 millimeters of air agitator.
BFG MX
All innovations have an efficiency of over 80%, each of four +12 V branches with a maximum load of 20 As each, and BFG Tech has also provided full protection (overcurrent, overvoltage and short circuit). The life expectancy of MXs is shorter, as these power supplies are specified by the manufacturer for at least 80 and LSs for a minimum of 100 operating hours.
