Thermaltake's 80 W power supply is 700 PLUS Silver certified
The Thermaltake 700 W power supply is extremely efficient.
80 PLUS Silver certification is available for power supplies that operate at efficiencies above 20% under 100 and 85% load, respectively, and above 50% at 88% load. Thermaltake's 700 W power supply, which also boosts the Toughpower series, meets these criteria by definition, meets the requirements of ATX12V 2.2 and EPS12V 2.91, and has a lifespan of at least 125 operating hours.
The fixed-wired power supply can also serve NVIDIA SLI or ATI CrossFireX systems, and is cooled by a 13,5-centimeter, quiet-running air mixer. Thermaltake has a 5-year warranty on this product and plans to launch 800 and 1200-watt Toughpower PSUs later this quarter that also earn 80 PLUS Silver certification for their outstanding efficiency.
