Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE - is this the new generation?
NE stands for New Edition, so it could even be a better phone than its predecessor.
At Xiaomina, interesting things happen when we look at the names of the devices. Poco becomes Redmi, Redmi becomes Poco, and sometimes one of Xiaomi, depending on which device is marketed in which part of the world. However, the Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE is also a step up in this name-changer game.
You might think that the acronym NE, which means new release, does mean a wrinkled device. However, this is not the case, the NE is a step back from the older 11 Lite 5G. A Snapdragon 780 tile worked in it, and in this new one we find a Snapdragon 778. Xiaomi allegedly didn't get enough 780 chips, which is why NE came.
Of course, this doesn’t have to bother us, because the phone hasn’t changed anyway, we’re guaranteed not to notice a setback in performance. It remained the extremely beautiful and extremely thin housing, and of course the unparalleled low weight of its counterpart.
So inside, the eight-core Snapdragon 778 works, consisting of 4 x 2,4 GHz Kyro 670 and 4 x 1,8 GHz Kyro 670 cores, and the graphics accelerator is an Adreno 642L GPU. The memory can be 6 or 8 GB, depending on the configuration, and the storage can be 128 or 256 GB.
The phone comes with a 20-megapixel self-timer camera, a 64-megapixel main camera on the back, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 5-megapixel telecamro. This is a relatively average camera setup that we have come across in other devices as well. The only thing worth mentioning is that the older 2 mega macro has finally been replaced with 5 megabytes, which is welcome.
In the case of the phone, it is worth mentioning that it has an AMOLED display, namely a 90 Hz image refresh rate, which also supports HDR10 +. The resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels, the diagonal is 6,55 inches, the aspect ratio is 20: 9. Above the panel, of course, we find 5 Gorilla Glass bottles.
What is also worth mentioning is that the battery has a capacity of 4250 mAh, which can be pumped with electrons with a 33-watt fast charge.
