The most talented freshmen in the labor market are given wings

One of the most common problems in Hungarian higher education is that institutions do not teach their students practical life. The Ezabeszéd professional organization wants to change this: Sell yourself! for the second year in a row, their graduate program is offering free presentation training to graduating college and university students.
net work As we approach the 4th anniversary of the outbreak of the economic crisis, the relationship between recent graduates, college students and the companies that potentially employ them is receiving increasing attention: how can students with little or no professional experience compete with their competitors already on the market? The already easy situation of freshmen in the labor market is further aggravated by the fact that they seldom acquire knowledge that can be put into practice during their higher education studies, such as presentation skills, which are essential in almost all areas of life.
And the latter is a basic requirement for more and more HR people: today it is expected that a potential employee can present himself well and sell his product, be it a handy product or an abstract service. The That's it Recognizing this, its presentation trainers, in collaboration with their professional partners, launched a gap-filling initiative in which 10 college and university students can participate in their 8-week professional presentation training.
“Our important goal is for the most motivated young people to take part in the training, which is why we have developed a multi-stage application system for the selection,” said Kinga Györffy, linguist and head of Ezabeszéd. Those interested can register by September 26, submitting their written assignment by September 28 (details of the written assignment will be provided by the organization on September 21). The oral recruitment interview for the finalists will be on October 3, with the final result announced the next day. The 10 winners can increase their knowledge on a weekly basis for the next 2 months.

“What we want is to breathe a little life into the frayed, empty voice of social responsibility with our professional partners, the Mobility and Multimedia Cluster, and evosoft. We believe that the most we can do during the crisis (and not only then) is put a trump card in the hands of young people that will actually improve their future, long-term opportunities, ”said Kinga Györffy.
