Is the Nexus 7 patent infringing?

According to recent reports, there was some problem with the novelty, as Nokia claims that the Wi-Fi patents owned by the Finns were used illegally. According to the announcement, these patents are currently licensed by more than 40 people, but the ASUS-Google duo is not one of them. Nevertheless, Nokia seems to be doing the right thing, since it did not turn to the court out of spite, but instead offered to sign the contract with those manufacturers who do not currently have a valid license. Based on these, it looks like we cannot expect a similar "war" as we can see between Apple and Samsung.
