Psystar pays a lot

It seems that in forints - more precisely in dollars - the damage caused to Apple.

As we reported earlier in our news, a California verdict found Psystar had committed an infringement by selling its computers with a preinstalled Mac OS X operating system. Recent news reports that Psystar will have to pay Apple about $ 1,34 million, and that’s about the same amount as attorney’s fees.

However, the case is not over yet, as Psystar in Florida wants to fight another verdict that is now in their favor. It’s certain that Apple’s additional litigation costs will already be covered, as of the $ 1,34 million it will certainly get for that as well.
