PowerColor was ready for the premiere.
PowerColor has deviated from the path set by ATI for all models, and the company's newly unveiled Radeon HD 3650 and Radeon HD 3450 graphics controllers are eccentric to ATI's reference models in terms of either cooling or clock speeds or graphics memory size.
