There are many questions in the market of large cash registers, so far only the changeover deadline at the end of December is decisive, and the readiness of traders and store chains is very different according to market information. 

Ervin Szabó, the company's managing director, describes in the announcement: the conditions have been worked out for the inclusion of PC cash registers in the official database, from which merchants can order their new cash registers with online data connection directly from NAV. Distributors must specify the quantity to be delivered and the delivery deadline.

According to the executive, there is a lot of uncertainty in the process of PC cash change. The new decree, which entered into force on 15 November, is also unclear in terms of when to order, transport and commission cash registers. Until December 31, the old cash registers can be used safely, but from January 1, only online cash registers can operate. Some of the market players who will do everything in their power to get it ready by December 31st, others are waiting, still expecting to postpone the deadline for the changeover.

Ervin Szabó drew attention to the fact that the penalty can only be avoided if the trader proves that he did everything he could to make the switch. This also includes the fact that you have chosen a suitable distributor and AEE-manufacturing partner, and you are convinced that the given companies have the appropriate references and professional experience. Anyone who has meanwhile realized that still can not perform the selected company, now can still switch, there are solutions in the market - he added.

In large-scale cash registers, the exchange is much more complicated than in small-scale cash registers. The technical transition also takes longer, and the operators and store managers must be trained to use the new equipment. The condition of the existing cash register must be taken into account when making a decision. It is also conceivable that it is sufficient to replace a tax printer integrated with AEE and fit it into the cash register software during the transition, while in other cases the complete cash register will have to be replaced, the expert points out.
