Cheap Blu-ray reader from Lite-On

Maybe the stagnant water will finally move.

Lite-On has begun shipping its Blu-ray drive with an attractive price tag called the iHOS104. The 5,25 ″ unit that can be built into a PC has the following read maxima: 4 × BD-ROM, BD-R and BD-RE, 8 × DVD-ROM, and 32 × CD-ROM.

The drive, deprived of its roasting properties, tastes $ 70 in tandem with the Cyberlink HD package; ships carrying iHOS104 will reach European shores next month.
