Pioneer's blue laser optical drive can roast up to eight times

Pioneer's latest optical drive can burn Blu-ray Discs at XNUMXx speed and DVDs at XNUMXx speed.

The "blue laser" optical drive, equipped with a white (BDR-S03J-W) or black (BDR-S03J-BK) front panel, is naturally equipped by Pionner with a SATA-II interface. During writing, 4 megabytes of cache is available for the data to be recorded. The maximum burning speed broken down by disc type is as follows: BD-R 8×, BD-R DL 8×, DVD+/-R 16×, DVD+/-R DL 8×, DVD+RW 8×, DVD-RW 6 ×, CD-R 32× and CD-RW 24×.

Pioneer will begin shipping its above-mentioned optical drive in January next year.
