We tried: A4Tech keyboards, desktops

Our last victim, as the name suggests is not a desktop, there is no mouse next to the keyboard. In contrast, I can present perhaps the most interesting, best keyboard of our present article in person.

The Lighting Keyboard is a great piece of its kind that you can feel when you take it out of its box. The quality of the plastic used, the touch of the surface of the buttons, all reveal it.
Like the keyboards presented so far, it is also fully functional, ie with a numeric part. In terms of extras, at least in terms of function keys, it doesn't catch up with the Padless 9200F, but basic functions for browsing, such as searching, scrolling back and forth between tabs, or opening a browser, can also be found here. In addition, there are multimedia control buttons, such as the function to start, stop playback, increase or decrease the volume, and start Windows Media Player.

In its mechanics, this key provides pretty much what a normally assembled notebook does. The buttons go a short way, but when you hit them, you can feel a spring force, which does not make your hands tired while typing, when you hit the button, the arrival of the button at the bottom is not “percussive”, but soft.

The buttons are the right size, and while the top of the button isn’t concave, our fingers don’t even slip off as you type. The keys are close together, they do not slam when knocked down, at least not disturbingly. Thanks to the small gap between the buttons, larger dirt and crumbs will not fit, but cleaning the dust will not be easy.

As I wrote this is an illuminated keyboard. I confess, at one time I looked down at the illuminated keyboards, though I didn’t even come across a really good piece. It was a bit like a fan for me to write out different texts while rotating, it looked good, but it was very loud, meaning I couldn’t recommend it to any home machine with a good heart. The A4Tech KD-600L, on the other hand, has swept away all my resentments so far, as the lighting is just the icing on the cake. Plus, it can be turned off, so it’s really just an ability to use if you like, if not then turn it off and don’t bother. The light we get under the buttons is blue and cannot be called distracting. True, complete perfection would be if we could also control the brightness, but not be insatiable.
Opinion:
The A4Tech Kd-600L Lighting Keyboard is a really great, quality piece that I don’t think will disappoint anyone, at least not in any way for those who love the mechanics used in portable machines. This key point returns that feeling. It’s easy to type on it quickly, and due to the relatively large buttons, side-typing isn’t common either. The frequency of typing is also reduced by the fact that the keystrokes must be firm, but not so much that your finger gets tired while typing. As I wrote, the color, hue, and brightness of the lighting was adequate, at least it came in specifically for me.

What we recommend:
The A4Tech Kd-600L Lighting Keyboard is a wired keyboard, therefore we can only recommend it next to a desktop computer. Due to the multimedia functions, without lighting, it would stand out in the living room, if only because it is a first-class piece in its design and appearance. For this reason, it stands its ground in more demanding offices and expensive environments, it does not hang out. The keyboard is perfectly suited for even longer typing, so for those who produce content, be it content for the web or an Excel spreadsheet.
