Logitech has introduced two new mice

The novelties also tolerate use on a reflective surface.

Both devices are based on a technology called “Darkfield Laser Tracking”; the essence of the solution is that two separate laser sensors are used in a single mouse, thanks to which significantly more accurate positioning can be achieved even on extreme surfaces such as a glass plate. Regarding the latter statement, the manufacturer left some leeway, since in the case of transparent surfaces, a thickness of at least 4 millimeters is required for the flawless operation of the products. One of the new features is the use of the receiver called "Unified Receiver", which allows a single module to connect all wireless Logitech peripherals to your computer. It is not yet known how well the idea will work in practice, however, the effort to unify may be good news for users who have several products from the manufacturer's range. Let's take a closer look at the two novelties!

The manufacturer named the unit that most resembles the previous MX Revolution model as "Performance Mouse MX": the similarity is far from accidental, as this mouse also received the patented "MicroGear" scroll wheel, as well as the extremely ergonomic design of the external casing. Unfortunately, the latter also has a downside, namely that this accessory can only be used comfortably by right-handed people. In addition to the mouse, the sales package includes a microUSB cable and a traditional charger, so that the batteries of the "Peformance Mouse MX" can be recharged inside the mouse.

The aptly named "Anywhere Mouse MX" has significantly smaller dimensions: the engineers certainly had easy portability in mind when creating the device, but (fortunately) did not compromise on performance. Through the latter effort, the "MicroGear" scroll wheel was integrated, which can be considered a unique step, especially in this category. Unfortunately, the design can only be said to be average, but in return, the device is easy to use with both right and left hands.

The accessories that will go on sale within a few weeks cannot be called average in terms of their purchase price: the manufacturer will ask for nearly HUF 19 for the "Performance Mouse MX", and the "Anywhere Mouse MX" can be taken home for HUF 15.
