Sometimes a PhotoFast converter can be useful.

The 7100 mm × 42,8 mm × 36 mm adapter, designated CR-3,3, allows you to insert a microSD or microSDHC memory card into a CompactFlash slot. Compatibility ranges from 256 MB to 2 GB for microSD and 4 to 16 GB for microSDHC. The converter, which can be purchased for $ 31, comes with a three-month manufacturer's warranty.
