The R0 Q8200 gets new S-spec and MM IDs, changes CPUID from 10677 to 1067A, and is enhanced with three new low-power states (Deep Sleep State) supported by the Power State Indicator (PSI) Intel 4 series chipset and Deeper Sleep State), as well as two new instructions - XSAVE / XRSTOR. For the time being, there is no need for a mandatory BIOS update, but you won't be surprised if new BIOSs are released for your products from the motherboard manufacturer.
