We owe the early photos to our Japanese colleagues.

The quad-core Itanium processor, codenamed Tukwila, consists of no less than 2 billion (!) Transistors, clocked at 2 GHz, cached at 30 MB, and TDP set at 130 W by Intel. The peak of Itanium CPUs to be used in supercomputers, high-performance enterprise servers, will debut last quarter.
