Excelvan CL720D - where projectors start

The thing is, I run into a lot of very crappy projectors these days. It is advertised in capital letters as 1080p, but when I read the specification, it turns out to be really only 480p, but it also supports 1080. Well thank you, I don't need that!

If I had to give the minimum knowledge that is worth buying a projector these days, the knowledge of the Excelvan CL720D would be what I would give.

True, this structure does not know full HD resolution either, but 720p does. It has been given LED lighting, which has a very beneficial effect on operating costs, as it does not have to include an expensive burner, although at the same time the brightness and contrast ratio are quite acceptable, the former at 3000 lumens, the latter at 2000: 1.

If you want, you can shoot up to 120 inches diagonally. The available diagonals are as follows: 72 inches to 2,08 m, 84 inches to 2,37 m, 100 inches to 3 m, 120 inches to 3,38 m. The second data, of course, shows the minimum distance from the projection wall. The manufacturer specifies a maximum distance of 3,6 meters and a minimum of 1,8 meters. The aspect ratio can be 4: 3 or 16: 9.

The Excelvan CL720D has two HDMI and two USB ports. In the former we can connect all kinds of players and other image sources, and in the latter we can use an external drive or even an Android TV smart. The projector also includes a DVB-T receiver, but I didn't find any information on whether it supports MPEG2 or MPEG4.

As usual, the end of the price remained. This entry-level projector, which is also suitable for home cinema, currently costs $ 137, or about $ 40.
