With DisplayPort-DVI Converter, PowerColor is pleased with Eyefinity users

The manufacturer's novelty is trying to bring Eyefinity closer to users.

PowerColor comes with a converter that converts the DisplayPort output to a single DVI output, with a monitor connected to it operating at a maximum resolution of 1920 × 1200. Hopefully, with this move, they can bring Eyefinity technology a little closer to users, as it will allow them to carve a little out of price and not be difficult to use. The adapter is fully compatible with DPCP and HDCP protection procedures, and can be used to build an Eyefinity system with all three displays working from DVI output.

The manufacturer hasn’t announced the price of the converter yet, but we’ll probably be better off with it than with the extra charge of two extra monitors.
