Will the GeForce 94 GSO get a G9600 heart?

Sent to the battle against the 256MB ATI Radeon HD 3850, the mid-to-mid-range GeForce didn’t prove to be very popular with users, and some NVIDIA partners were also very hesitant about handling the product.

According to Expreview, NVIDIA will soon line up for the premiere of the old-new 9600 GSO, which will receive a 55 nm heart, namely the "b" variant of the 9600 GT G94. The size of the memory will also change, the new model can use 512 MB of GDDR3, compared to the 384 of its predecessor. It is not yet known whether the 192-bit "character" of the memory bus will be changed.
