Olympus didn't show up with average compacts

In addition, the range has been expanded with three models at once, they try to satisfy every need, as well as to meet this year's trend: we can replace the lens on compact ones.

The three PEN series cameras are called E-P3, E-PL3 and E-PM1. All three are equipped with a 12,3-megapixel Live MOS sensor that can also record 1080i video, plus Dolby Digital sound (the latter seems more like a good marketing ploy). The fresh trio has been given a TruePic VI image processor with a maximum ISO sensitivity of 12800. The finished content can be saved to an SDHC / SDXC memory card. Not only have the devices been hardware upgraded, customers can also use newer filters and image editing / manipulation features. 

PEN E-P3

The E-P3s feature a metal body and a 614-pixel OLED touchscreen, and the manufacturer says they’ve produced the world’s fastest autofocusing compact. The E-PL000's 3-megapixel tilting LCD display can display 3 pixels, while the E-PM460's screen can't be tilted, but it will be available on store shelves in a variety of colors (purple, pink, brown, white, silver, black). As you can see, they really thought of everyone, lovers of technology can sympathize with the E-P000, while the favorite of female users will certainly be the E-PM1, somewhere in between the target audience of the E-PL3.
