Samsung has announced a clip-on MP3 player
Blessed with a traditional shape, the YP-U3 holds a few surprises for potential buyers.
The manufacturer opted for the well-proven USB drive format when creating the U3, which allowed them to create a player with simple lines but also an elegant look. But behind the sleek exterior lies state-of-the-art technology. The small display is based on OLED technology and can provide information to the U3 host in four lines. The traditional buttons have been replaced with touch sensitive controls, we can only hope that this will not be a disadvantage in handling the device.
The only question was how to carry this little gem of technology with us. Everyone already knows the pocket and neck hanging solution, something new was needed. Samsung has now invented the clip, from now on we can "store" our player in a suitable part of our clothes.
