CeBIT 2009: A 512 GB SSD has been added to the A-DATA XPG series

At CeBIT, the cover of another XPG series product fell off.

Compressing the company's premium products XPG (Xtreme Performance Gear) series has been augmented with a 512GB 2,5-inch Solid State Disk drive. The product, which will be on display at the A-DATA booth, comes with the 32, 64, 128 or 192 GB versions unveiled last November and boasts 230 MB / s read and 160 MB / s write speeds.

Equipped with SATA-II and mini-USB ports, the SSD weighs 85 grams and has an aluminum housing measuring 100 mm × 70,1 mm × 9,2 mm. A-DATA did not disclose the recommended consumer price of the product or the expected time of its introduction.
