Introducing the Enermax NAXN 80+ power supply family
Although foreign online papers have received one of the most expensive, most interesting units, usually the 750-watt unit, according to a proven recipe, we need to reach the mid-range, where the ENP450AWT and ENP500AWT. These units, as read in the introduction, were marked 80+, which is definitely positive.
The exterior is not disappointing. The black casing, the gold-glittering fan grille and the stocked cable whip strive to suggest quality. Unraveling the whips, we can see that we are also facing a mid-range unit in terms of connectors. Five SATA and four Molex connectors are usually quite common in an average gaming machine, just as the number of PCI Express connectors seems to be sufficient.
There will probably be no problem with the length of the cables either, as the 24-pin motherboard has been 50- and the 4 + 4-pin CPU 60 inches long. With this length, there will be no problem in the lower-powered houses, and for the upper-oriented houses, the beautiful banding and placement of the cables will be more of a problem.
The image below is from the Enermax site, a good overview of the cables.
