Why did I choose this little miracle, even though I didn't know it then? I’ve long wanted some sort of dust-crumb-dirt-removing structure, something that’s always at hand, simple, no need to bother assembling, easy. At first I thought of a cordless crumb vacuum cleaner, but I wanted a little more than that so that I could not only tidy up the table, but even this whole kitchen, maybe the living room. Then I looked at the stationary vacuum cleaners, but I already had experience with it and it didn’t come in: it was too heavy, it couldn’t fit in small spaces, under lower furniture, and the cord was a disadvantage. As cordless stationary vacuum cleaners became more and more popular, I stared at them more and more because that seemed to be what I was looking for. But not quite. Customer reviews generally reflected my fear that they were not strong enough, efficient enough, and what struck me most was that they had the same problem as their network colleagues: the engine and dust container are in the lower third, so in small corners, under furniture as well you can't get in with it. And what might have met the criterion anyway, I found it too expensive. So putting up with the fact that my ideas are too futuristic, I also neglected this topic for a few years, until last fall…
Last fall with twin dolls in my tummy, I imagined this machine again, "how good it would be if it existed, and now how much easier it would be to keep clean, tidy!" But in addition to finding and selecting baby things, this question somehow failed again.
The guys are already 7 months old, and sure, "now the gentleman, someone I've dreamed up for me, and if possible, don't sell it at an astronomical price!" I shouted at him for browsing. And finally not unsuccessfully!
My pupil dilated as giantly as a torn Disney figure when I saw that the dust container and engine were not down! I got pretty excited, customer reviews could come, then watts, suction power calculation, comparison, and so on. etc., thanks to the internet, I didn’t have to dig up my sixth grade physics book. The results showed that it was not a power machine, but it was not too weak, "well, let's order it!"
We order a lot of gadgets from Chinese online stores, some in such demanding packaging that we pick our chin off the floor, some not so much, well that’s not it. But that may not be so important. Disassembled, of course, I found it in three pieces in a not-so-fancy box, but anyone who has been soaked once in their life will snap it together without instructions for use. Tube, dust container, battery and so on. By the way, instructions for use! There is also an English language for it!
Then let's look at a more practical experience! Somehow I slipped over it when choosing the type, so at the first commissioning it only appeared that a baker was spinning the brush in the suction head! That's king! And it really is! Because it has a small motor that spins, it’s very practical because it also scrapes the half-melted, stuck, salivating millet ball off the floor. It also copes with scattered cat food, and compared to these, small chips, hairs and bread crumbs are not a problem. As I expected, it’s really easy to vacuum it under the closet, under bed, even between chairs, and not only for the reasons mentioned above, but also because of the easy-to-turn suction head. It has a circular brush head (perhaps upholstery for vacuuming) and a narrowing head, which can be connected directly to the dust container part or even to the end of the long tube, in place of the vacuum head. It has a charge of 26 minutes and three illuminated LEDs indicate the charge status. If only one is lit, it can already be felt on the performance. From zero to full charge approx. You have to wait 2 hours. The wall-mounted dock is very practical and can accommodate additional heads. The dust container is certainly not Santa's endless putton, so it has to be emptied quite often, but it's a very simple operation, you just have to snap the lid on the small container and pour the contents into the trash, not a macera at all. The very big advantage of the vacuum cleaner in addition to two sleeping babies is that it is quiet, they don’t really wake me up, and the cat also wears it very well, it doesn’t run back and forth when I turn on. It’s brimming with my imagination to try it as a nasal powder, too, but since it has been there, thankfully it hasn’t been needed since then, so it’s still waiting for you, and I sincerely hope it will be for a long time to come.
And why won't I get rid of my old, traditional vacuum cleaner after all? As I expected, it's not a powerhouse. I don’t have to worry at all that if I accidentally run into the cat’s tail with it, it will slam the whole cattle. Unfortunately, Dilby is not suitable for vacuuming a hearty carpet or sofa, what’s more, it can’t completely suck out dirt from any of the cracks in the ship’s floor, so I’ll definitely use my old vacuum cleaner for bulk cleaning. But what I wanted is perfect! By the end of the day, we won’t kneel in the crumbs of bread, biscuits and other crumbs, I prefer to use them before mopping, and needless to say, how useful it is in the fight against cartilage that multiplies like a virus during the winter heating season.
Overall, this is a very super little machine, it exceeded my expectations, I hang it off the wall several times a day, much simpler and more thorough than sweeping. Therefore, I strongly recommend it to all house fairies, an excellent gift for families with small children and pets, but I think grandmothers with low back pain would also be happy with this achievement of the modern age.
