Astro Gaming has introduced a new version of its A40 headset

The 2011 version promises a better audio experience and a higher quality microphone. Wired and wireless models are also available.

As promised, the headphones filter even more outside noise, have even better sound, and are made of extra flexible, durable material. The device is called It uses Quick Disconnect cabling, which actually means that the audio and microphone connectors are placed in a "case", there is no need to pull out the two jack plugs separately. The headset can play sounds in the range of 15 – 28 Hz. We get a carrying case as a gift, which fits well into the price of $000 (wired) and $199 (wireless).
