Records in HD resolution from Microsoft's new webcam

Named LifeCam Cinema, the device offers a native 720p resolution.

Microsoft's latest salvation, which is the only model currently on the market, capable of capturing HD-detailed movies at 30 frames per second, can stir up the stagnant water in the webcam market. The model, marketed as LifeCam Cinema, features a 1280 × 720-pixel image sensor that looks at the world through a real glass lens. In addition to the XNUMXx digital zoom, high-quality shooting is aided by an autofocus system and technology known as ClearFrame; the latter allows the captured image to be rich in detail or full of color in all cases. In addition to the excellent optical system, the aluminum-enclosed accessory boasts an integrated microphone that has also been digitally filtered by the company’s engineers.

LifeCam Cinema is, of course, connected to a computer via a USB 2.0 port, which, in an unusual way from a webcam, is quite demanding: Microsoft says additional use requires a dual-core processor running at at least 1,6 GHz, but the seamless it is strongly recommended to work with a dual-core central unit running around 3 GHz with a minimum of 2 GB of system memory. The staggering need for a machine is also likely to depend heavily on how the device is used, as it can be used in addition to the Live Messenger chat client under Live MovieMaker or Live PhotoGallery.

The purchase price of the additional product, which will be launched on September 9, can be said to be friendly: in exchange for the approximately HUF 15 dollar, we can get a device with quality workmanship in all its elements, which also satisfies professional needs.
