This year is the year of mop vacuum cleaners, and the Dreame H11 Max is perhaps the best.

Check out the vacuum cleaner in action in my video test:

Introductory

For some strange reason, I find that in Hungary, dogs do not need stationary vacuum cleaners. Well, there are those who buy this, but if I had to compare how many robots and how many stationary vacuum cleaners are consuming, the robot is orders of magnitude more.

Before you think I want to speak out against robots, let’s get this straight! I really like robotic vacuum cleaners, but they serve a completely different purpose than stationary vacuum cleaners. We can use them to vacuum the dirt on a daily basis when we’re not at home, so in the evenings when we get tired of falling through the door, we don’t have to deal with cleaning.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 1

Stationary vacuum cleaners serve a completely different purpose. These, mostly battery-powered solutions are good because they’re ready to go in moments, and if something spills out while cooking, the kids will sprinkle the crumbs out for dinner, if we bring a little mud on our shoes into the apartment, we can clean it up hip-hop.

And now comes the surprise, in this article I do not want to introduce you to a robotic vacuum cleaner or a typical stationary vacuum cleaner, but to the love child of a stationary vacuum cleaner and an electric mop!

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 2

What is this machine? Shaped like a stationary vacuum cleaner, but it has a water tank on it, two too. In addition to being able to vacuum the dirt, we can even wash it with it.

Why is this good?

Because most robotic vacuum cleaners today (respect the exception) are unable to wash properly. Stationary vacuum cleaners again just can’t mop. So here we are in our very well mechanized household, but if we want to wash it up, the bucket + Vileda combo still remains.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 3

Another question is, why shouldn't our vacuum cleaner be a mop at once, so why not vacuum and mop in one workflow?

The question is good, and the answer is simple, of course we can do it, not with any thoroughness, if you have a Dreame H11 Max in the apartment, for example!

Packaging, accessories

This year I can now unpack the fourth Dreame machine. At the first one, the quality of the packaging was cut to the chest (attention shines on him, he really thins his partner), but now let's say I'm used to it. In fact, I would have been surprised if I hadn’t gotten another box that goes out of the top category.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 4

On each side of the cardboard for quality pictures, it would be worth photographing all around, but I don’t, so there will still be enough pictures in the article.

Of course, everything in the box is in military order, not one but two layers of protection on the vacuum cleaner, not as if you could hit anything. The accessories come out pretty slowly, such as the description, the handle, the base and the snap-on accessory holder, a second roller brush, a spare HEPA filter, and a small brush for cleaning. Surprised by the latter, I noticed that a tiny knife was hidden in the handle, with which we could easily cut the hairs and hairs wrapped around the roller brush.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 5

There can be no complaint about the quality of the accessories, maybe just the sole is like recycled plastic. Let’s just say I don’t mind if that’s the case, so much less goes to the seas.

External

I can only hope that the images give back the feeling. If not, I’m not surprised either, because this machine is a real masterpiece, I’m not a trained photographer. I'm trying to catch the good angles so you can see too!

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 7

All your cartilage is perfect from the bottom to the top. The part containing the roller brush can be easily opened, the brush can be easily removed and cleaned. The containers can be removed with one hand, snapped back, large, in just the right place. The controls at the end of the handle are also in the best position, they stand on my finger, if I may put it that way.

The plastics, the assembly are flawless, the display on the roof is huge and contains all the important information, plus it's even colorful. I can't really get enough of this machine.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 8

Once you are on the outside, a little objectivity can come!

The shape, at least the tanks, the location of the engine, the head containing the cylinder brush were in the usual place. What might be worth noting is that if we take out both tanks, there is obviously very little room left for the engine and other components. I don’t really know I managed to crowd everything, but it deserves a round of applause.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 9

So the layout is the usual, and that brings with it all the bad things that can be said about any such machine.

Due to the large water tanks, the structure is forced to be placed by the manufacturers at the bottom, with only the handle at the top. This is necessary so that the weight of the machine rests on the foot, so that the engine does not have to hold the weight of the water and other stuff by hand. However, the fact that the whole structure is below the value in use is damaged a bit.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 10

In practice, this means that these tank machines are difficult or impossible to push against the wall, for example under a sofa. As I said, this is essentially an unavoidable problem, so if someone wants a machine with this kind of knowledge from any manufacturer, they have to accept it.

But beyond that, I really can’t say anything bad. As with the Dreame T30, the question could have been in the title of the article: Is this already the space age?

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 11

They really packed everything that could be packed into the machine, both in terms of knowledge and design. I hope you see the latter in the pictures.

Paper form

It will be a short chapter, I will summarize the factory data in a few sentences so that we can then move on to the experience!

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 12

The power of the machine is 200 watts and the suction power is 10 Pa. These are not very high values. I’m writing this chapter from the article before I try out the machine, so I have to say I’m very curious about what you know in the live test. This is because 000 Pa is mostly enough for the bottom of the middle category, and this is not very encouraging.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 13

Of course, we've seen a crow crow. Manufacturers do a lot of trick in specifying the suction strength, there are those who measure at the cylinder brush, there are those at the bottom of the suction pipe, there are also those who are directly at the dust - in our case the water and dust tank entrance. Although these values say something about the performance of the machine, it is only on this basis that it can be decided which is better or worse.

Here I would give the example of the otherwise really good BlitzWolf BW-HC1 stationary vacuum cleaner, where the manufacturer provided a suction power of 350 thousand Pa in addition to 25 watts of power. I don't know how to measure, you can't spell it, so there's probably a drop of skew in it. I’m saying this really just for the sake of example, because anyway, the BlitzWolf BW-HC1 is still among the suggested products, it’s very cheap, it really knows a lot compared to that.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 14

Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like I would like to apologize in advance. I hope you will not!

But let's move on!

The vacuum cleaner is available in two colors. That is, to be quite accurate, the plain H11 is white and the H11 Max is black (gray). The power is thus 200 watts (the H11 is 170 watts).

The battery, which contains six 4000 mAh cells, allows 36 minutes of operation on a single charge (the H11 is 6 x 2500 mAh and can last 30 minutes). With this capacity, the manufacturer recommends it for apartments of 200 square meters or, of course, smaller (and H11 up to a maximum of 160 square meters).

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 15

The machine has a carbon brushless motor (carbon brush in H11), the noise level is 76 dBa. The capacity of the fresh water tank is 900 and that of the dirty water is 500 milliliters.

What’s even more interesting is that Max has automatic mode, it detects the amount of dirt (I don’t know if you don’t ask) though. This feature is missing from the sleek and much cheaper H11.

Okay, then the experience can finally come!

Experiences

Let’s start there, that the Dreame H11 Max is a bit more serious than my current machine. Not much, but you can still feel the difference. However, this is the only downside, everything else is better or at least as good!

Let's start with vacuuming! Since I was very curious about what the suction force of 10 Pa would be enough for, I did more tests than usual. I’ll be honest, I haven’t even done a more serious test with any of the machines lately because they sucked like the command. I also note the H000 Max, but the curiosity was only there in me.

So, I brought a flour, I scattered some cocoa powder, cat food, rice to change the grain size as well, and then I vacuumed everything up nicely. The whole. Almost. What did not become perfect was the cat's food. This is because there is a certain amount of dirt that simply doesn’t fit under the head properly anymore. Plus, cat food is even hard, bouncing.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 16

That is to say, the suction force is perfectly fine, so I managed to subtract it from the given suction force of 10 Pa.

For these vacuum cleaners, you may want to shake your head a little at the end of vacuuming to see if anything falls out, as the brush may bring dirt into the head, but the suction power is already low enough to get the dirt through the tube into the tank. In this case, if you turn off the machine, a lot of dirt will fall out nicely in the middle of the room.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 17

There was no such problem with the Dreame H11 Max. Whether this is now, i.e. the reason that the suction head is close to the tank or the suction force is better than what they claim I do not know, but the point is that the vacuuming is flawless.

However, once I started the bigger test, I couldn't leave the mop without a task. Without such a real extreme task. I got ketchup on the floor, I dropped an egg, a little milk, a tiny mustard, a little mayonnaise, so it became a large batch of sticky dogs. Of course, I think the egg was the real challenge.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 18

However, according to the Dreame H11 Max, none were challenging. Let’s just say it’s a fact that I didn’t pull the machine on the spilled things, but pushed it pretty evenly along it. The brush didn't scatter the juva, I was a little relieved. That was my only fear because my partner wouldn’t have patted my shoulder.

Nicely removed everything from the machine, that's the point. The only thing that required a little more care was a ketchup patch forgotten right in the corner. It dried up in the morning and he didn't even want to get up right away, he needed a little soak.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 19

Now the question may arise as to what it was like to work with the machine! Well, not because of the ability to clean, because I hope it has already been shown to you that it is essentially flawless.

The first word that comes to mind is that it’s comfortable. It’s not the cleaning itself, it’s the part that doesn’t pinch, it’s the end of the cleaning. In this case, it is recommended to empty the water tanks and wash the dirty water tank so that it does not stink.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 20

Well, that's macerous on our own machine. Let’s start there, with one tank in front and the other in the back. This, although it didn’t seem like a problem during the test, now, with a few months of use behind me, I say I’m not lucky.

When I finish cleaning, I put the machine in the dock, but so only one of the tanks can be removed. So I can’t put it in the dock, but I have to take out the back tank first. When I took it out, I also had to take out the roller brush so I could wash it too. Plus I have to disassemble the dirt tank so I can wash it properly. Macerás.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 21

Well, with the Dreame H11 Max, these things don’t work that way. Let’s start there with both tanks opening forward so I can take them out of the dock as well. Continue there, I don’t even have to take the roller brush out to wash it, because when set in the dock, the machine has a brush wash function.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 22

This works by pressing the button at the end of the handle, the machine releases the clean water onto the brush, rotates the brush in it, and then draws the dirty water back into the dirty water tank. All this with the machine in the dock.

Then I take out the two tanks, pour out the clean water, rinse the dirty tank and you can go back to the machine both.

Well, that's what I'm saying is convenient!

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 23

So there is no problem with cleaning. I have already mentioned above that the machine cannot be plugged in e.g. under a couch, but as I wrote, it’s not Dreame’s fault, unfortunately any similar machine is like that.

I feel a little hair-splitting, but I still mention that next to the wall, approx. the machine does not wash up in a one and a half inch strip. This is because, understandably, the head is a little wider than the brush inside it. So we can say that this is also a bug that occurs in all similar machines.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 24

There is no problem with the weight of the machine. The water-filled vacuum cleaner is not easy, but on the one hand the center of gravity is very low, on the other hand it is pulled forward by the small self-propelled, switched-on roller brush, so you don't have to push it. I promise you won’t be sweating while cleaning unless you’re at 40 degrees in the apartment. Then you will.

I don’t think anyone will be surprised that although it can be used as a vacuum cleaner, due to the mop function, I prefer it to apartments where there is little carpet. Of course, it can also vacuum carpets, but it was basically not invented for this task, but for cleaning cold or warm floors.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 25

In the case of warm floors and strip parquet, it is worth thinking that the machine cleans with water. Not with a lot of water, less than we would play, but still with water, so very cheap floors that do not know water resistance from the news can suffer. Of course, I don't know these anyway as they can be cleaned effectively. Perhaps such a cleaning machine is still the best solution.

By the end, there are a few more interesting things that I haven’t mentioned so far. Of course, there are a lot of sensors in the machine, so it warns you in case of an error, warns you when you run out of clean water, but also when the dirty water tank is full.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 26

This warning appears in the form of a pictogram on the display, but attention, not only does it appear there, the machine also sounds about them. There’s a built-in little Chinese aunt who warns us about these things. You can select between the languages by pressing the button on the back front. He doesn't speak Hungarian, but he speaks English, German, and probably no one can think of a Chinese vacuum cleaner. If you don’t speak foreign languages, you can turn off this loud assistant, or if you can’t set it to Chinese anyway, it’s at least fun.

That's pretty much it, I said good and bad. If you want to see the cleaning tests with your own eyes, check out the video at the beginning of this article! This is proof, not a promise!

Conclusion

If anyone were to ask me which manufacturer had the biggest surprise for me this year, I would say without hesitation, DREAME!

As a subsidiary of Xiaomi, Dreame has launched extremely good machines so far, but after this year’s launch, it appears that all of Xiaomi’s professionals working on vacuum cleaners have been reassigned to Dreame.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 27

Their new robots, the Dreame L10 Pro and Z10 Pro, in my opinion, can safely fight for the title of the best robot of today. Their stationary vacuum cleaner, the Dreame T30, can also compete for the top step of the podium in its category. And the Dreame H11 Max presented in this article is one of the best mop vacuum cleaners.

I don’t really know where to put this leap forward. Innovative machines, great materials, very imaginative and last but not least, very nice design, real premium quality one by one. Sure, we could say it’s easy with a lot of money, but Dreame machines aren’t expensive at all.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 28

Of course, the cost is relative, but if we compare robots, stationary vacuum cleaners, or the H11 Max with similarly knowledgeable machines from the competition, we can see right away they’ve got pricing that slanders the competition in the mud. The thing is quite amazing!

But let’s talk a little bit about the Dreame H11 Max!

This machine has not changed the world, but due to its ingenious design, design and quality materials, it can compete with its competitors, which are many tens of thousands of forints more expensive. What you pick up, you also tick them off in many ways.

We tested the tip of water vacuum cleaners - Dreame H11 Max test 29

I think I described everything in the experience chapter so I don’t want to repeat myself. I have daily experience in the subject, as we use a similar machine at home. We like it, well, we don't even want to replace it all of a sudden now, but if the Dreame H11 Max had existed when I bought it, I would have bought it for sure, or if it hadn't, my smaller brother, the H11 (without Max), which is even cheaper than my own machine.

If you’re thinking of a similar cleaning machine, even as a gift for Christmas, you can now take advantage of the introductory promotion. As part of this, you can buy the Dreame H11 for HUF 101 instead of HUF 85, and the H11 Max for HUF 135 instead of HUF 119 from a European warehouse, directly from the manufacturer's store.
