Ricoh is expanding its TotalFlow software portfolio

Ricoh unveiled InfoPrint ProcessDirector Express at drupa International, expanding its range with a new Ricoh TotalFlow workflow application. Recommended for customers, this user-friendly, dynamic workflow management software performs stream transactions in Adobe PDF format. The solution now offers the power and modularity of InfoPrint ProcessDirector software, well-known to large enterprise customers, to mid-sized customers as well, giving them access to Ricoh's decades of experience in high-performance industrial printers. This experience has enabled Ricoh to develop a version of the award-winning Automated Document Factory (ADF) solution specifically tailored to the needs of mid-range customers.

 

Ricoh InfoPrint ProcessDirector Express has the following capabilities:

 

Automate the entire print management process with scalable workflow control features for Adobe PDF formats.

You can track the location and time of each job and document using a simple and easy-to-understand dashboard.

Adapts to expectations and regulations through precise management and audit-ready reports.

It reduces operating costs by shortening file preparation time and using color management tools such as Enfocus Pitstop and Impostrip On Demand Digital Automation software.

Adding the PDF Mailroom Integrity feature allows you to index, edit, split, sort, and group different PDF jobs. PDF Mailroom Integrity also allows you to integrate multi-vendor insertion systems by providing automatic reprinting and advanced print management tools. Delivers detailed reports and supports compliance with operating agreements.
