Huawei is the new sponsor of AC Milan

Huawei Technologies, one of the leading global providers of information and telecommunications technologies (ICT), has signed another sports sponsorship agreement.

The company and AC Milan recently announced their collaboration at the headquarters of the Italian football team. The official event was also attended by George Zhao, CEO of Huawei Italy, Daniele De Grandis, Managing Director, Adriano Galliani, Vice President and Managing Director of AC Milan, and Franco Baresi, a former player and ambassador of the club.

The collaboration between the world’s leading telecommunications manufacturer and one of the world’s most successful football teams seeks to capitalize on the awareness of the two brands, in which AC Milan’s players also play a role in strengthening communication and promotion activities. Under the agreement, Huawei will provide the team with smartphones and tablets as AC Milan’s mobile communications partner.
