ASUS has announced the domestic release of new graphics cards: models called the R9 290X / 290, whose soul is the Radeon ™ graphics processing unit (GPU) running under AMD’s latest codename “Hawaii”.

It's hard to list the benefits of the cards: ASUS GPU Tweak Tuning Utility for instant performance gains, 4GB of super-fast GDDR5 memory for a fantastic gaming experience at the highest resolution, AMD Eyefinity technology expands the capabilities of multi-screen systems, and TrueAudio brings gaming environments to life. The R9 290X / 290 also supports the DirectX® 11.2 standard and AMD's new Mantle application programming interface (API), so it handles even the most challenging PC game.
