Just think of the design and hardware of these very high quality machines, the first condition for narrowness is the use of SSDs, which can be up to ten times more expensive than a hard drive. If we go beyond that, there will be custom-designed ultra-thin display panels and high-end aluminum ‘unibody’ enclosures. So by 2013, don’t even expect to be able to get such a machine for pennies, as they haven’t been able to catch up with Apple for years, this year, luckily, the cheapest Ultrabook could cost $ 800.
