Xiaomi’s cheap yet quality stuff ranges from entry level to mid-range, although there are some that are plenty of top-notch, such as their home theater projectors, which I’ve already written about. The structure called the Xiaomi Piston earphones fresh version represents the entry level of the earphones.
It has a traditional membrane tab, which, however, also got some extras. The 3,5mm jack plug earpiece got the same look as the more expensive solutions, but not only the shape but also the housing is similar, as even this cheaper piece is made of metal to reduce resonance and get fuller sounds. In addition to the metal housing, we even get a Kevlar-fiber-reinforced cord to minimize the chance of the cable breaking.
