Western Digital’s high-capacity SATA hard drive has been built into desktops and, as a new entrant in the market, has already been well received.
WDC's new 3,5-inch product is not only capable of storing a lot of data, but can also read and move it extremely quickly, and thanks to the use of WhisperDrive technology, it does its job quietly. The primary goal of the manufacturer during the development was to achieve a constant speed under continuous load. It follows that a WD5000KS hard drive can best show its true capabilities in computers running programs that generate constant traffic.
