Fan-mounted memory rib from Xigmatek
With a tiny air stirrer, the manufacturer would help cool the memories.
The MAC-S3501 memory cooler, which is not very imaginative, is the first such attempt by a German manufacturer. However, apparently nothing was left to chance, the refrigeration capability is not just a single sheet of metal found in the products of so many premium manufacturers.
The upward-extending portion of the orange rib has a small paddle wheel that operates at an amazing 7500 rpm. However, there is no cause for concern, so only 20 dB of noise is generated, according to the manufacturer. The small 30mm fan is controlled via a 3-pin connector, unfortunately we don’t get any other transducer next to the rib, they just alert us to the possibility.
