There is an interesting keyboard shortcut in Windows
This is a rarely used option, but sometimes it can come in handy.
If your PC doesn't seem to respond to anything, you may want to try Win + Ctrl + Shift + B in the future. By holding down these keys at the same time, you can get Windows to restart the graphics subsystem. The screen then darkens for a few moments, after which (ideally) we get back the same content as before; all windows remain open, our work is not lost.
This feature is part of Windows 10 and Windows 8 and is not available on prior systems. The method works with both AMD, NVIDIA and Intel graphics drivers.
