USB 3.0 flash drives were made by Green House
Green House has come up with three USB 3 flash drives from the PicoDrive F3.0 family, true so far only in Japan.
The new flash drives came in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB sizes, so the entry level was not targeted by the manufacturer. They measure 73,2 × 19,75 × 9 millimeters and weigh only 13,5 grams. They seem to have been given the traditional "cap" design, so we need to be careful not to leave it. Read / write speeds can be as high as 120 MB / s and 80 MB / s, but the 16 GB model writes a maximum of 45 megabytes per second.
Green House PicoDrive F3s cost $ 71 (16 GB), $ 140 (32 GB) and $ 235 (64 GB).
