Newer models in the ASUS Zenbook series!

As during yesterday it has already been mentioned, introduced the ASUS UX21A and UX31A. However, the ASUS Zenbook product line is being expanded with additional devices. The 2 ultrabooks in question are the UX32A and UX32Vd.

Both competitors are equipped with a 13,3-inch diagonal display, but the panel and resolution are already the user’s choice. If requested by the user, you can get a FullHD resolution IPS panel in your laptop. As we already know, the heart of Zenbooks comes from Intel’s Ivy Bridge processor offering.

Here, however, in terms of both cost-effective and energy-efficient units, in addition to the central units made with 22-nanometer technology, we can also choose from the previous Sandy Bridge models. So you can choose between the 1,8 GHz Core i3-3217U, the 2,4 GHz Core i5-3371U or the most powerful 2,8 GHz Core i7-3517U. For these systems, we can have 2 or 4 gigabytes of system memory.

The necessary space for our data is also provided by a 500 gigabyte hard drive and a 24 gigabyte SSD in support of this, also due to a small saving.

In the case of yesterday’s two models, the question arose as to what happened to the dedicated card option mentioned earlier. This option greets us back in the UX32Vd, so in this a GeForce GT620M will be waiting for the user to sweat. For the UX32A, the integrated graphics controller will perform the tasks assigned to it.

In terms of prices, which perhaps the more professional eye has already noticed about the details of the specification, they are lower than the 2 models presented in our article yesterday. ASUS wants to price these two ultrabooks slightly below the UX21A and UX31A, so their end-user prices can range from $ 800 to $ 1100, depending on user needs.
