New Hungarian product on the computer market!

HOC: Are the fan specifications already public, or don’t you want to reveal that yet? Noise, speed, air delivery?

ADAM: They are public, yes. For starters, we are talking about 8 and 12 cm fans, respectively. 9-inch valves are being made, and more and more computer houses can use 14-centimeter fans, so we won’t forget that either.

At size 8, it was able to push down to 1500 rpm, making air delivery 19,2 cubic feet. The noise level is 17 dBA, but if we had gone for marketing, we could have written 5 dBA as well, it is hard to tell the difference with a tab. 😉

At size 12 we went below 1000 rpm, the air supply is 36 cubic feet, the noise level is also 17 dBA or five if you like. 🙂

n.zero valves are included with silicone vibration dampers, but we also thought of those who want such a solution separately, they will be available as v.zero (vibration zero).

HOC: The topic raises more and more interesting questions because there seems to be much more at stake here (not underestimating the difficulties of development) than a fan. The background also seems important, we think you also put some energy into marketing.
The website is under construction (completed in the meantime: www.englide.hu), the packaging is ready. Is your work the whole design and the name as well, or is it also the result of working together?

PETER: The overall design, the website, is all based on common ideas, but the workmanship is left to me. The name caused a lot of headaches. Several variations and ideas came to light by the time the end result was achieved.

ADAM: Maybe we were sure of Glide. Glide X, Xglide, but I could list, plenty. The idea for n.zero came sooner than the company name itself, which eventually became englide, meaning it is the brand name for new products.

HOC: Where did the name come from?

ADAM: From the shower! 🙂

HOC: The shower is a good thing, the specifications also look good, do you think this will be enough for salvation in this rather saturated market?

PETER: As mentioned, we built a fan designed for low speed, “zero” sound from almost zero. We hope that those who watch, listen to our aerators, will feel the difference.

There are twenty others, but if you have one that actually meets your needs, the others don’t matter. Everything has its own customer base. Whoever doesn’t care what it is, just have something, they may not buy our product first, but that may change later.

I could give a suitable example from the car industry. Whoever needs an X brand because he thinks it’s good and just that, it doesn’t matter to him that there are 10 others. Every car is a little different, every buyer is a little different.

HOC: Another question immediately arises in this connection. What are your plans for marketing. Do you want to target the domestic market in the first place, or the ultimate goal is to compete on the international stage?

ADAM: As a first step, of course, I would like to prove it in the domestic market, but international sales are also planned. We believe good products are sought after and recognized everywhere.
