To achieve the perfect music listening experience, Sony engineers have sought the help of Sony Music musicians, members of The Script (Danny O’Donoghue, Mark Sheehan and Glen Power). The goal of the collaboration was to develop headphones that are also trusted by experienced studio artists. The idea was a device that perfectly matched the sound of today’s musical tastes and low-frequency sounds.

The MDR-10RC is a lightweight, compact, on-ear device for comfortable and easy-to-carry wear, and the perfect insulation of the over-ear MDR-10RBT wireless headphones ensures relaxed music listening.

Both models feature a 40mm drive unit that delivers quality performance on all frequencies of high bandwidth in line with today’s high quality music.

The sound is accompanied by a clean exterior. The comfortable and stylish MDR-10RC is available in black, white and red. The foldable model also fits easily in a bag or pocket, so you don't have to give up listening to quality music on the go. There is also a remote control on the cable, which can be used as a microphone in addition to changing channels.

The Bluetooth® MDR-10RBT headphones give you complete freedom while listening to the best music. Equipped with one-touch technology, the device connects to new Xperia smartphones and other NFC-enabled devices in a single motion, and connects easily to any other Bluetooth-enabled device with Bluetooth®.

The MDR-10RC and MDR-10RBT will be available across Europe at the end of October.
