A new AMD FX CPU has appeared in an HP computer

AMD expanded its offerings with few models in the first half.
New AMD FX CPU has appeared on an HP computer 1
Based on CPU World's records, the company has only released one desktop CPU in addition to the FX-4170, FX-6200, Athlon II X4 638 and Athlon II X4 641 introduced in February, and this was the Athlon II X4 651K, which was released in March. The main rival, Intel, attacked the market with 26 processors during this period. The stagnation is also well exemplified by the fact that AMD launched 18 central units in the first and second quarters of last year. Hopefully, the company will find itself in the second half of the year, because based on previous schedules, some "Bulldozer" FX processors should have appeared a long time ago. One such example is the FX-6120, which has now finally appeared in the HP Pavilion HPE H8-1300z desktop computer.

HPE h8-1300z_CPU_customization_pageAs the name suggests, the AMD FX-6120 is based on 3 modules,
which corresponds to 6 cores in the previous system.
Based on the information on the HP website, the processor follows a default clock speed of 3,6 GHz and has 6 MB of second-level and 8 MB of third-level cache. The Turbo Core service is also available for this type, but the website does not contain any information about it. Based on news leaked back in February, we can expect a maximum of 4,0 or 4,1 GHz - which is pretty good with the 95-watt TDP. We are curious to see when the product will appear on store shelves.
