Shuttle: mini machine for players
A few days before Christmas, Shuttle unveiled its latest computer case specifically for gamers, for which we can order all the extra parts from them.
The Shuttle XPC 1337 SDXi is available with multiple processors, although in each case we have to choose from Intel solutions, which means that the central unit of the computer is the dual-core 2,4 GHz Core 2 Duo E6600 or the 2,93 GHz Core 2 Extreme X6800 or quad-core 2,66 GHz Core 2 Extreme QX6700.
The graphics controller can be equipped with two Radeon X1950 Pro video cards in CrossFire mode or one XFX GeForce 8800 GTS. Other technical features include 2GB of Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 system memory, a 150GB Western Digital Raptor hard drive that "works" at 10 rpm, and an 18x DVD burner.
With a size of 325 × 220 × 210 mm, the Shuttle XPC 1337 SDXi can also be equipped with water cooling if AMD / ATI video cards are requested. The distribution of the computer has already started, the starting price is 3499 dollars, ie about 673 thousand forints.
