More unofficial information has been revealed about the tablet version of the Samsung Galaxy series. Along with the Spica, the Galaxy S, and the unpublished projector Beam, the South Korean manufacturer is now dizzy with a tablet. Let's see what we know before the official announcements and specifications!

There has been a lot of news on the internet about the new tablet and none of it is official, so these features are subject to change until Samsung announces it.

It will come in front of us with Android 2.2 (Froyo) operating system, possibly with Samsung's TouchWiz version 3.0. Its display is, of course, Super AMOLED, which will be 7 inches, and it is not yet known if it will be released in other sizes. Thanks to Super AMOLED, it can be up to a breath thinner than the Apple iPad. The icons will appear in a 6 × 4 layout before our eyes.

It will be powered by a 1,2 GHz A8 processor and the entire system will be powered by a 4000 mAh non-removable battery. In addition to 16 GB of internal storage, we have the option to further expand the storage capacity with up to 32 GB of microSD. In addition to the rear 3,2 megapixel camera, there is also a front one, which will be primarily suitable for video calling.

It has a standard SIM card slot and is also capable of 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth communication. Internet sharing is also possible via the built-in USB, but we will also be able to create a WiFi Hotspot with it. It weighs 370 grams.
