An extremely cheap AMD APU has come up

The AMD A4-4000 is obviously not a powerhouse, nor does the € 40 price tag suggest it. The dual-core APU beats at 3,0 GHz (the Turbo Core can increase the tempo by 200 MHz) and supports all important instruction sets and procedures: SSE4a, SSE4.1, SSE4.2, AES, AVX, CLMUL, XOP, FMA3, FMA4, CVT16, NX bit, AMD64, AMD-V and Cool and Quiet. There are still questions about the integrated graphics driver, but it is likely that the AMD Radeon HD 7480D was chosen. This IGP with 128 stream processor and 724 MHz operating frequency cuts the challenge. The product is in the 65 watt consumption class.

The A2-4 with Socket FM4000 has already appeared in some foreign online stores, with prices ranging from 36 to 40 euros. Hopefully this will diminish further over time as the A4-5300 is at a similar level, making it perhaps an even better choice.
